Steph's first hair cut

For the first time ever Steph cut someones' hair. Justin was a good sport and since we were in the middle of nowhere, we figured it would be ok if I tried it out. I think it turned out very nice.
It took a long time because I didn't really know what to do, but by the end, I figured it out and we feel confident in trying it again when Justin needs it.

Check out that awesome hair cut.

We look so tired...because we were. Justin is still handsome thought. Checking on calving cows every 3 hours in the middle of the night starts to wear on you.

But still happy.

Winter on the Ranch

This is part of the field that we hauled hay off of.

This is the Challenger. Justin was the pro-driver of this sweet ride. It had two trailers on the back. We could fit 16 bales on it.

Steph in the tractor that she drove every day.

Justin found this deer head and is going to clean it up and keep it.

Where did you go?

So I'm very behind on my posts. Here's what's happening and when I have more time I will post about them...

1) I am a married woman now. That happened. I married Justin Holt, the man of my dreams on December 27, 2011.
2) I am also a graduated woman. I graduated BYU-Idaho in Agribusiness with an Animal Science emphasis and minor in Biology.
3) Justin and I are now working in Montana on the same ranch where I did my internship this summer. There is no cell phone service or internet (hence the lack of blogs). We only get service and internet when we go into town for church.
4) Life is good. We are so happy. I love Justin so much and I love him more and more every day.
5) We are so lucky and so blessed.

I did it!

Stephanie Goodson is now a college graduate! I graduated with a BS in Agribusiness, Plant and Animal Science with a minor in Biology. It took me a little longer than most, because I transferred after going to BYU provo for three years. But I finally did it! I'm awesome!

Fun times amidst the stress

So there is only about 2 1/2 more weeks left in the semester. Although this is very exciting, it also means that there are finals coming up, research papers due, lots of tests and projects. Good times. I can feel some stress, but mostly I am excited to be graduating! After seven long years my college career is coming to an end. I can see the light at the end of the tunnel. I have learned so much and have grown as a person, but I'm excited to be done. But I just wanted to share some pictures that make me laugh. Justin and I are still able to be silly and have a good times despite the stress of the end of the semester. we're awesome. p.s. only 28 days till we are married! holla

Last night I was trying to find my gauze pads to put in my wrist brace because it was cutting the circulation in my thumb and we were going to fix it (which we did by the way-thanks Justin!) In the process, Justin and I found some of my dad's awesome old glasses and he tried them on and this is what followed:

haha I think he will be an adorable old man. Don't you?

this picture just makes me laugh

This next batch is from way back in Halloween. We should have been doing homework, but instead we took creepy pictures. win.

Adventures

A bunch of my extended family was here this last weekend for my cousin Lydia's wedding! It was so great to have family around! I love my family!! One night a bunch of us cousins went some type of fishing...I forget what it was called. It was very cold and I just watched, but it was so fun and exciting.

We are in love!
